Our products

This policy applies to digital products sold directly by Secret & Sage, including downloadable PDF guides, journals, planners and kits. These products are supplied electronically. No physical item is shipped, and physical returns are not applicable.

Change of mind and withdrawal rights

We do not offer an additional voluntary change-of-mind refund after digital content has been supplied, except where required by applicable law. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

For consumers in the European Union, a 14-day right of withdrawal generally applies from the conclusion of the contract. For paid digital content supplied without a physical medium, this right is lost only when supply has begun after your prior express consent to immediate supply and your acknowledgement that you will lose your withdrawal right, and we have provided the legally required confirmation. If these conditions have not been met, your applicable withdrawal rights remain.

Missing, faulty or incorrect files

If your download is missing, corrupted, inaccessible, incorrect or materially different from its description, contact us through the Contact page on secretandsage.com.

Include your order number, the email address used for the purchase and a description of the problem. We will help restore access or provide a corrected file. Where the law entitles you to a price reduction or refund, we will provide that remedy.

A download does not remove your rights concerning faulty or non-conforming content.

Requesting a refund or withdrawal

Use the Contact page on secretandsage.com and clearly state whether you are requesting support, a refund or withdrawal from your purchase.

For a statutory withdrawal, a clear statement is sufficient; no justification is required. Any legally required online withdrawal function is an additional way to exercise this right.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Where a statutory withdrawal applies, reimbursement will be made without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. Your payment provider may need additional time to display the funds. We will confirm the refund by email.

Third-party purchases

Products purchased from external retailers through links on our website are subject to that retailer’s policies. This policy covers purchases made directly from Secret & Sage.
